Noticed this while posting the other deal for 4K Wifi action cam. This Kitvision Escape HD5 looks like a nice Christmas present, if someone you know if looking for an action cam. Most of the adapters are included, can't be that bad at £18. This is the cheapest I have seen online. Specs below.
