Yes, If you're TV has Bluetooth or headphone jack

can you link two of these together?

My Panasonic can connect to Bluetooth speakers or I can use a 3.5 headphone jack but not all tv's work this way.
You could buy a 3.5 Bluetooth jack (about £5 but needs USB power) if your tv doesn't have Bluetooth but I'm not sure about the quality.
Personally I'd only connect this via the 3.5 headphone jack

As Bluetooth V5 officially announced, and this one with V3, what makes difference and is still worth considering?

Was about to buy at 8.45am for £29.99, then delayed to take a phone call. Price is now £49.99. I should have known better by now. Probably still a good deal at £49.99, but not for me, but thanks to OP for a great spot at £29.99.

I bought the Contempo with the Hive2 in black. Emailed yesterday to swap the black Hive with white 'if possible'. Got a reply today telling me they'd cancelled the order and reorder correct colour. Minutes later went to reorder and now 50+60 quid respectively. Emailed questioning this and not heard anything since. B******!

I bought 2 of these on offer at £60 a piece over a year ago and they are superb. Bluetooth is fine, and sound quality is lovely, and it has a really nice bass. I thought £60 was a steal at the time, but £30 was an absolute gift.

No. Sent message to seller and this was the reply "there is a delay in despatch due to high volumes and the item will be sent next Monday".

mine came yesterday - bought it with the BT radio to get an extra 10% (£26.99 was a bargain for this), great sound thanks OP, shame the offer has ended (and the radio was a bargain too / both ended)

Can anyone comment if this would be a decent enough to act as a TV speaker? As this is rate at 40 watts as most TV's are less than half of that (and down firing) I wonder if this would be a good improvement.
So apart from Matthat, had anyone else received their order. I got a dispatch email on Friday with tracking number, but the courier, interlink say they have not recieved the parcel yet. 9 days now since I placed my order !

FINALLY got mine about 30 mins ago and now set up and blasting out Gregory Porter. Initial impression is this is unbelievable value for 30 notes. Really decnt bass and soundstage. Absolutely loving it so far. HOWEVER, the remote doesn't seem to be working (and, yes I have inserted the battery lol). Although, being a bloke, I haven't got anywhere near to reading the manual yet :stuck_out_tongue:
We are rapidly turning into a Kitsound Household (TM) <3 But for this quality at these prices why not?

Got mine today too and it's fantastic! I would have been happy paying much more than £30. The most impressive thing is that amazon echo dot can still hear me at full volume if I shout

Agreed. It's back up to 50 quid now and after using it I still maintain it''s a bargain at that price. But for 30 quid it's an absolute steal. It's got a really classy look too.

This unit goes into standby after a short period of time when not used. It's great normally but rubbish if it's being used on echo dot! Bluetooth is not good to use with echo either as you lose the first part of Alexa's response. I'm gutted because this was the main reason I bought it!
VBV
22 Dec 16#47
Anyone using this with an echo dot? I am having serious issues. Music plays fine, but when alexa speaks voice is breaking up. I have a kitsound boom evolution and alexa works fine with that.

22 Dec 16#48
Sad that I am having to return mine. Bought this to use with Echo, but quite unusuable. I talked to Amazon and Kitsound technical support and both say that this is a compatibility issue. Kitsound confirmed that the best option is to return as their product is not tested with Echo. I have a kitsound boom evolution which works great with echo dot in another room.

I'm considering returning mine also, for the same reason, but also I find the sound quite dull and boxy. Lots of base, which it does well but there is no detail in the mids and highs. Perhaps mine is defective as others say they love the sound ?

22 Dec 16#50
Hmmm.....got mine today and the sound is not great, I can also hear a bit of background interference. I've also bought the soundbar which is amazing in comparison. I'm also thinking I may have a defective one.

26 Dec 16#51
I did comment earlier that this is unusable with amazon echo via Bluetooth, and yes I get the faint hiss if a device is connected via 3.5 jack which I don't like! (Although you can only hear it if nothing is playing and room is silent)
I too contemplated sending it back I decided to keep it as the sound is great and I know I won't get better for £30

Got mine but it's bigger than I thought and won't fit where it was planned for so went strait back in the box.
Anyone want it for the £30 I paid plus post at cost?

You could buy a 3.5 Bluetooth jack (about £5 but needs USB power) if your tv doesn't have Bluetooth but I'm not sure about the quality.
Personally I'd only connect this via the 3.5 headphone jack
