I was searching for a window vac and came across this. Thought will share and hope will be of help to some one considering the free 12 months warranty and the price includes p&p . cold, these guy's after sales are the worst i have come across ... i bought one of these told them it was FAULTY on SAME day!! Got no answer so went through paypal, now they are saying i have to pay to send it back and they won't ARRANGE COLLECTION. Which is strictly against DSR and my consumer rights. iGnoring emails now. Look at their feedback, i posted a negative on trustpilot and they are disputing i am even a customer even though my heading has my order number on it. I have now been contacted by trustpilot and have to send them a invoice to prove it so me negative review goes up,even though i have had the damn thing only 3 days.
Underhanded company good luck if you need anything sorting if it goes wrong. The £10 more these cost is well worth not having the hassle, mine still had water and dirt in the tank and was scratched scruffy junk.

We had one brought for us for Christmas. Used it Today. How have I survived without this for so long? Incredible. Heat.

Don't rate these myself, the one I have loses it's charge when stored so is always flat when I go to use it. The price is really good if you want one thou so Heat added for that.

Not such a great deal it seems going by some comments having purchased from Karcher outlet
It's been available brand new for £30. Currently £35 new from Amazon but yeh premium version, which I believe includes some spray bottle is £36.54.
I'll try and cancel which shouldn't be difficult if they're not dispatching til next week.

Taa, the cancel/refund process although not quite straight forward was very quick. They claim there is an online option to cancel order but I just had to contact them. They responded within a couple of hours.
