I bought this in Uxbridge yesterday. Again no connections, gave me £10 back and a karcher tap connector for free (which is all needed).

I bought this friday from the Huntingdon store. All the connectors were missing so I went back today - they only had one left which had everything missing too so they just gave me a free Hozelock kit with all the connectors needed! :smiley:

Same here! I did a click and collect and had the same problem. All the connectors were missing and the reel looked like it had been used. Lots of scuffs and scratches. Traveled 8 miles to collect it and the staff at Wickes didn't seem to care. Avoid!

ordered one for pick up instore. They gave me one with parts missing. item looked used. Then tried to offer 25% off due to parts missing. i declined. will be avoiding wickes after that.
