These JVCs look suspiciously like Seikis. Not a bad thing in itself, just be aware. I liked my 43" Seiki until it got... accidentally smashed.

It will be a basic rebadge of Vestel or other lower end product as that's all JVC models are nowadays. Doesn't mean a bad set but at the same quality level as Bush, Hitachi, Alba, Seiki, Goodmans, Cello, Blaupunkt etc

I agree. Was about to buy when I saw your comment & it made me realise, a screen that size really needs to be 4K.
The Hisense H50M3300 seems to be the cheapest 4K that gets good reviews.
