For anyone looking for something a little different and a bit of a challenge for the kids at Christmas, these are brilliant and usually a lot more than £1.99 each.
I spotted them in the Dundee, Stack Leisure Centre Store for anyone looking and there was a few on the shelf of maybe 3 or 4 different kinds. Great for a kids to give their friends as a token Christmas present.
Now for those who have spotted I've put a link to amazon up, this is just to show what your looking for for the puzzles and so you can get a bit more information about them. The blurb below is taken for the amazon link.
With Wasgij they have to build an image that is different to that shown on the box. Although we give a few clues, Wasgij really challenges the puzzler to use their imagination. Put that together with great drawings and pictorial humour and it is no surprise that Wasgij has topped the jigsaw puzzle charts for so many years. Wasgij Imagine is the ‘daydreaming’ puzzle concept where you have to use your imagination to piece together what would happen to the characters and the scene printed on the box if imagination became reality. This fabulous Wasgij Junior jigsaw puzzle has been produced by Jumbo’s artist Calvin Innes. The finished puzzle measures 35 x 25 cm (approximately) and the entire jigsaw has been produced using a high quality cardboard and precision die-cutting techniques to ensure every jigsaw piece maintains its original shape time and time again.

That seems a good price. Might see if i can get a couple. Have been put off buying them before because of the price and they look too difficult but the junior ones should be a good starting point for us. My 8 year old is better at jigsaws than me.

If it helps when I saw them, they were on the end of an aisle and not with the toys if that makes sense but worth checking both.

Had to laugh out loud. My husband did cut off his thumb and index finger with one of these. All I remember is power washing the blood from the patio while he recuperated.
