I placed an order on 30 December. Haven't heard anything since. Did anyone else receive their order?

If baggage was poorly made or had a fault and damaged during transit it should be covered.
How will "It" luggage know if damage in in transit or not?
A well made bag will not come apart in transit and be designed to sustain transit handling.

They will actually. Eagle Creek offer a 'no matter what' warranty.

Mine split after 1 use. Keep the 10 year warranty tag as the company will not honour warranty without it. Tesco replaced for me!
This is their worthless warranty: "It luggage are not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst the luggage is in transit."
What does this mean? The damage has to occur when opening or closing it or in your home?

I've had an IT cabin suitcase for about 10 years, it gets used 3-4 times a year, although the plastic inner shell has shattered I can still use it, worth every penny.

these have got to be better than those 5 cities cases that are everywhere , yes they are lite but you see loads of reviews with them splitting. so I'd rather get them a little heavier but better made unless there's better out there for this money or less . heat from me
