Iceland Fresh Sprouts 50% Extra Free 750g 75p ( £1.00kg)
Now I know these will be cheaper towards the end of next week in Tesco and probably other supermarkets, but if like me you want them for tomorrows dinner this is currently an excellent price. Half the price of most Supermarkets, and the quality of the sprouts in both Morrisons and Tesco this morning was terrible like tiny little marbles , whereas the ones I bought from Iceland were a decent size and good quality,
Current Prices elsewhere
Tesco £2.00 kg
Morrisons £2.00 kg
Sainsbury's £2.00 kg

I prefer the bitter sprouts. recently found out that the bitterness is due to the iron in sprouts.

Could be why I like them so much then!

I agree with you. Bought some of these during last week. They are a good size, not bitter , very little leaf waste and very few 'buggy' ones.
Unless the other supermarkets are dirt cheap, I will continue to buy these over the Xmas period.
