Ordered for collection, got a call 5 minutes later saying they don't have stock at the Gelderd Road Leeds branch. The lady who called claims they can't refund without my card so I have to freaking go to there just to get my refund, is that how Screwfix normally deal with refunds on purchases made with PayPal?
