Possible to buy this set for less by buying the items separately 1x table @ £55.99 3x pair of chairs @ £37.49 a pair = £168.46.

Only the chairs are. The table is oak veneer ie layers of oak which can be a good or bad thing depending on the quality.

Cheeky, I didn't see the spelling initially, as I had seen their Tiverton set and assumed it was a Devon town naming thing, but then should be Okehampton!
However, to be fair, the specs say it has oak veneer and oak legs and I thought it had to state "effect" if not real.
