Beware I bought this TV from the warehouse for £490 during the 20% off period. Broke after one week to the point where it would even power on. It was categorised as 'like new' note.

Warehouse deals can be hit and miss. Like my "very good" condition oven that was so dented and bashed, it looked like they used it as a punching bag.

I think you will find there is no 12 months warranty on amazon warehouse deals, just 30 days. It's called "used" for that reason.

No, it's a 30 return policy (ie, if you're not happy you can return it for whatever reason) and 12 month warranty (if it develops a fault).
I've had refunds under warranty a number of times over the years on Warehouse Deals, most recently a few months ago on a Kindle
Oh, and the LG good condition TV I bought from them in 2013 is still going strong and was delivered in a battered box in absolutely perfect condition.

Been looking at this for a while. Just ordered thanks OP. Est delivery is 27/28th Dec. Fingers crossed it's one of the better Warehouse deals. If not I'll return it. Came in at £519.
