I've had two of these and the black light ruins the TV. It looks very bad at times.

did you have 2 because they are food or because of a fault?

No problem, curved screens are supposed to immerse you in the picture more at the expense of reflections. 3D was a fad and has largely died out now. I'm waiting to see what happens with VR another possible fad but which has great potential however the resolution of all consumer VR systems currently let it down.

Is this TV entry or mid range?
Is it better than hisense k700 and k700?
Is it 8 or 10 bits?
How does it compare to Samsung ku6400 and ku6500? Or LG uh850v ?

Even if it is 10 bit it'll really be 8bit + FRC (Frame Rate Control) although that's more complicated as to how much it really matters.

There must be more than 8 or 10 bits in a telly.
Despite being told repeatedly 3d is a fad and dead, I still quite like it. Surely it wouldn't cost them that much to include it in sets as standard.

Absolutely. A mid-range 55" 4K curved TV for £459.00. Hard to beat the features for this price, plus has good reviews all over the internet.

I ordered at the previously posted higher price (damn!) and being delivered on Saturday. I did a lot of internet research before ordering as cheap doesn't always mean decent, but in this case everything points towards it being a great piece of kit for the price. A lot of reviews state that it is comparable to equivalent sets double the price, lots of info on AV forums about it.

Good price for a cheap 55 inch 4k
Not recomended for online gaming as the input lag on this model as in most hisense models is pretty high

Wrong, unless youre an online competitive gamer the input lag on hisense tvs are pretty decent, read AV forums.

Struggling to find any reviews apart from the YouTube video posted.
Anyone concerned it does not properly support 24p, as the review states instead it introduces some judder and plays the content at 30p. That could be slightly annoying.

If you google search for "hisense m6600" you will find a lot of info.
BTW for anyone that ordered at the higher price AO will match/refund the new price if it is within 7 days of ordering. I emailed them earlier and got a reply back stating they have refunded my card the £20.00 difference. Great customer service :-)

Just had tv delivered today. Amazing tv. My son has been playing xbox one forza horizon 3 upscaled to 4k with hdr and there is no apparent lag. Really good deal. Full of features and my wife loves it because its curved.lol Watched Shrek on netflix. Quality is superb. Only problem is finding a base to put it on as the feet are quite wide apart.
