Ordered the swan knife set off this website last week never turned up all I got was a refund email off paypal no correspondence off the company itself whatsoever to say why or to say anything at all for that matter, wouldn't order from here again

The lidl was is not as nice looking as this one, I've just ordered one. I got a hoover last week for £25 quid new to all this voucher stuff but looks all good.
