If you are just after a stocking filler, you can get a cheap harmonica for £1.99 (I think) in home bargains. They also have, yoyos, puzzles etc

I would imagine it offers a basic form of instruction that is structured, rather than random blowing which will take you a lot longer to figure out what sounds right.
