Same here, packet burst open and box was ripped and looked like it had went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson.

It arrived today and it's far from new. Box is badly dented and the seal is broken.
Customer service were useless. Told me to print photos of the damage and include with the game when I return it.
I'm sure they can see the actual item when it's returned!
