What's the difference between this and the other party pack that's on hot deals today??

Bloody bargain, will get my weekly fix of a specific game and then let it collect dust.

Hot, BUT the biggest problem is where to put all the 'bits' when eventually bored with it, without getting nagged to death about it 'just lying around'.

Had the same lecture from the mrs this morning when I 'accidently' bought this. 'It will be great over Christmas'.

Picked it up today but Argos tried to tell me it should be 39.99 and asked to see the email confirmation!
Apparently it went up in price overnight...

If you have an Argos attached to a Sainsbury's I've been getting £5 off a £20 spend at Argos vouchers from my Sainsbury's shop through nectar so might be worth a go if you was doing a shop anyway as knocks this down to £25. As with all Sainsbury's checkout vouchers though you are not guaranteed this offer so only consider it if you was shopping there anyway.

I don't have this, but I believe they've made changes to the guitar layout although don't know if easier or harder. This is a good package as has 2 guitars.

That's cool, more avenues for the same deal is always a good thing!

There's a newer thread where you can buy on Argos' ebay outlet and use a code to get it for £27, possibly PS4 only though, not sure.

Argos last week, think it was a price glitch. No, don't want to add drums or mic. Just want to have a bit of fun.

This or Rock Band 4 Guitar Software Bundle (picked up for £19.99). Starting from scratch so no previous RB DLC to consider and could off load RB version easily enough. Advice / thoughts appreciated.

With Rock band you can add drums and mic if you wish, so depends on what you ultimately want to do?
Where did you get RB4 deal?

Question in Q&A on Argos about guitars being wireless....
Might be early but from the answer, i presume they are NOT wireless unless you buy an extra part?

9 Dec 161#10
Comes with 2 x usb dongles which plug into PS. So yes wireless.
Rickardo to gibblesuk
9 Dec 16#13
The extra part mentioned is only a rechargeable battery pack and USB cable to charge from the console- you can just use your own batteries otherwise.
So, yes, is wireless.

The price on this game just keeps dropping. It wasn't that long ago when the single guitar pack was £45!.
I've just reserved one at my nearest Argos. Thing is though, is the game actually any good? Especially if I'm not willing to spend more money on individual tracks?

Nice one, just reserved one, will be great playing it whilst having a few beers with the in-laws over Christmas, we will probably ending up hitting each other with the guitars by the end of the night but seeing as there are two guitars, at least things will be even. I'm hoping all my practicing on my golf swing this year will pay off. Heat added.
