Reserved at Nottingham 3 times and still have never received the 2nd email to confirm they picked them and ready for collection. 3hr reservation- not so much = 3 weeks later! Called to find out and apparently they hadn't got round to it and then went oos- first time, hadn't unpacked boxes 2&3rd time all 48hrs plus. Very bad customer service!
