So.... I have 36 pairs of knickers, a pair of slippers and 12 bras on the way and I'm a bloke... I get too carried away on this site :/

Just got shipping confirmation! Now what to do with 108 pairs of knickers! :confused:

I got some sizes wrong and have had to return and buy again. Fortunately, the prices have dropped on most items to lower than i paid anyway, and after calling them up and being told they couldn't do a straight exchange, i was offered a 25% off code with free delivery, so have now managed to get even more for my money.

Worth a phone call if anyone else wrongly thought they knew their other half's measurements!

Delivered.neighbour just called round with my parcel.Neighbour had it all day yesterday and Hermes didnt even leave me a note to give me a heads up. Not the smoothest but at least I've got it :smiley:

Been tracking the parcel on Hermes and it says delivered to secure location whatever that means which was the latest update yesterday at 11.46. But no note nothing if they have been. And checked in all the hidden places outside my front door..

No parcel delivered .

Tracking my H&M package in the hermes website, it states that it was DELIVERED yesterday 23/12/16. They didn't :disappointed:. Hopefully it will arrive soon

Okay I need some advice please: so my 7 packages should have arrived today delivered by Hermes, typically they decided to turn up during the hour I had to go out.. I haven't had a delivery note posted through my door, just an email for each package saying 'congratulations your order has been delivered!' Then when I check the tracking details it says 'left securely in shed'.... I do not have a shed and it is not either side of my house... this has happened to me before and the company I bought the clothes from just ended up just refunding me my order.. does anyone have any suggestions please? i can't see any way of re arranging a delivery with Hermes! Logging in should have no influence on what's in the basket. If you can't add products to basket, maybe these products are out of stock (even though they can still be displayed on the site). Try maybe checking out through your mobile phone, some members here did it and it worked for them.

Which slippers are on the 3 for 1? I can't seem to find any...

I tried it and still no luck. Do you think logging in masks a difference. I only selected one lot of 3 items.

Try using another browser, and don't put bigger amounts which will look suspicious to their order management system. You can make several separate orders instead of one big order.

I did have problems with the pants, but i found if i stuck to 3 similar priced pants per order the 3 for 1 glitch worked. If i tried combining different priced pants it didnt work. so ended up with 3 separate orders.
