I think it's a typo as they were never £15. However, they are half price and there are several sizes. I have bought a few and they are good quality - much nicer than other cheap frames - and look much more expensive. Several styles of frames are reduced to half price at Asda, including wooden ones and mirrored ones, so worth a look if you are already going.
