I used this method and it worked for Windows Store but couldn't get the 5% code to work so only saved £1.01. But still a savings a saving!

Apart from the cross play weekend, yeah you can struggle to find games on ranked.
However horde will always cross match pc and xbox players. So you'll always find a horde match, with the added bonus of 60fps and a mouse and keyboard. Playing the sniper class on pc is amazing. All the accuracy!

Temped to return my physical copy from Black Friday to Amazon and get this as it has the pc version included. Heat from me.
It might also be worth noting that in order to have Xbox Play Anywhere on your PC you need windows 10 anniversary otherwise it won't work, it's a free update though.

You can share your digital games with a friend on xbox one, so effectively you can split the cost of this with them and works out much cheaper than buying 2 physical copies
