Just to add, today I visited the store in person to exchange an item for a smaller size, and they accepted. The store counter assistant was very dubious about the low price on my sales receipt and asked me lots of questions to which I just smiled and winked, eventually she assumed I was some kind of All Saints V.I.P with special discount privileges and I did not confirm nor deny I was, I just wanted my new jeans and to get out of the shopping chaos that was Manchester.

I ordered everything as a large thinking I would need a size up for Allsaints skinny folk, but actually I should have got a medium!! Will try and exchange in store but can't see them doing it

Agree that I wouldn't pay the original prices, but the 3 tshirts I bought are defo worth the £37 total I paid. Not sure about the original £90 value though!

I tend to agree with the last few posts- items t shirts not justify the price . Ordered 5 items uhmming about keeping 1 which is actually a nice cashmere jumper

All the items arrived promptly today so thats the good part :smiley: For the not so good - am I the only one thinking how hideously overpriced their stuff normally is? I mean they have boots retailing at 178 - which after the discount and the super discount comes out to be 60 odd and I am still struggling to match that price with the quality of the product - what am I missing?

SO I ordered a jumper think the original price was £90 total reductions I got it for £27 delivered so thats the good part.

Now for the bad bit, it stank and I mean left in a tent for two weeks kind of smell, now very happy at all, overall the quality of the jumper is great and well worth the £90 let alone the £27 I paid but it smells awful and I don't even think a few washes will get rid of the smell so will be sending it back to them.

Well its certainly not on design or quality either...at least not for this item and I was more concerned that they had squashed it into a tiny package.

Good grief...what wrong with these people my leather jacket has just arrived ...in a 13"x10"x2" package...I've seen shirts with more substance than this rag....in fact I've got a car chamois with more go in it...I'm furious and more than a little concerned that people fall for this shameless overpricing. £325 for an over priced chamois...they saw me coming I think is the phrase!!!

Received an e-mail to say one of my items was out of stock, then about 15 mins later received dispatch confirmation for the rest.

Getting 50% off and quidco cashback tracking at almost £60 is amazing. I got the shipping email approx. 1 hour ago. I was worried that the £750 jacket at 50% off would catch their attention but I think they let us have it being Christmas and all.

Edit: Also, I just checked the tracking and apparently it was shipped out yesterday but I only just got the confirmation email today. So your orders may already be on it's way.

Agree.. emails are still coming out all the time, don't bother calling them at all. If they look in to your order they are much more likely to notice the mistake and cancel it. If you leave it, its all automated so much higher chance of getting your order

Ah that might be it - the code was applied to my account so if I make a new basket it still likes it.

I added the code to my basket beforehand and then it just removed itself. Called their CS and they said "the code was never available to the public and didn't work for anyone" and the best they can do now is a 10% code xD

I was also curious.

A tip is to take advantage of the return and order as much as you can - you can obviously return it if you don't like it once tried on. Saying that as everything is going out of stock very quickly.

Make sure you put your address in first, and then go to the checkout. It didn't work for me, but then I went into My Account and manually added my address - then when you go back to the checkout it should work!
