How do I do this? I'm new to Quidco!

Buy the 3 products on same receipt from 1 of the 5 supermarkets.
Download the clicksnap app and sign in with your quidco info.
Press the camera icon and select store, date and items youve bought.
Take a pic of receipt and upload it.
The cashback should show in your Quidco account within about 72 hours.

OR take a pic of receipt and log into the website and upload the receipt that way. Remember to select all the items on the receipt 1st time as you cannot upload the same receipt twice.

I don't think you can claim for the same items multiple times !?

Maybe you could clarify ? - I know you can use multiple receipts if you buy items separately but I've tried to submit a receipt more than once (for separate items) but it comes up with an error saying that the receipt ID has already been used.

1. I purchased a few qualifying items in Sainsburys all on one receipt
2. I went on to the app and chose to redeem the first item, taking a picture of my receipt and successfully completing
3. I went on to the app and chose to redeem the second item, taking a picture of my receipt and successfully completing
4. I went on to the app and chose to redeem the third item, taking a picture of my receipt and successfully completing

Thanks for the clarification - I've only done it via their website before and they don't let you do this (or didn't last time I tried). The app must work differently.

On checkoutsmart you cant use the same receipt and as quidco use their system it would probably be the same. But either way its so much easier to claim everything in 1 go and take the pic once.

mine has showed up on my account this morning. I've got £2.61 showing as tracked

Mine has finally tracked too.

I think mine has - My balance has gone up, but still no reference to it in my ClickSnap activity list.

Still not tracking on my account.....:neutral_face:
