I may be being thick but the nus site is asking for a student number and I can't find one anywhere on the Shaw site or email... Any ideas gratefully received!

Did this last year and it works. I also did the Photoshop course which was good. Hopefully sign up again this year. Only problem is spending my Amazon £50 no rush delivery before they expire at the end of this month!!

Wish i had known about the nus card being available when studying with shaw academy a few months ago. I did a course with them, i didn't give them my phone number - so they couldn't ring me.

Agreed - a tad annoying, but easily blocked and well worth it for the NUS card and discounts you get.

I noticed yesterday at the Odeon that if you're a staff member of a university try claiming student discount using your staff card. Aston University staff cards have no expiry date detailed on the card itself.

I got loads of phone calls and emails too - blocked their numbers on my mobile and put their emails onto my spam list

I joined shaw to get NUS last year, beware they plague you with emails and phonecalls to sign up for more courses during and afterwards.Used the NUS to get amazon prime student. I actually completed the free course so technically I didn't bend any rules :P.

Where do they get their reply from?
Only just realised that was supposed to say RRP!
