Just looked and found that these were on offer for £1 so doubting how good this is but you never know :-)
The roasts are a 1.4kg bag and the tray says RRP £5

For the veggie/vegan gang, the roast potato contains beef drippings, so is not vegetarian and the packet has been marked accordingly...

Good price for the tray, added bonus is the potatoes come in a sealed bag so you can chuck straight in the bin and make your own roasties.

I was look at mccains fries the other day in asda and found out they're halal for those who didn't known as I don't eat halal stuff. Not sure if these roasts are though.

The disadvantage of these deals is that I was going to buy these anyway, but now I know I was supposed to get a tray with it (and I'm seeing an empty tray shelf) I can't bring myself to buy them on principle.

I got this the last time. Made trips to get 2 roasting trays. They scratch very easily.
And slightly harder to clean as there is a huge mCcain logo in the bottom. grrrrr
Last time was £1.50.

Being quite the chef I ndecided to see if I could destroy this tray in one attempt. I put it through duck oil at 320 degrees and it took it on the chin. It's a good quality tray. For £2 this has to be deal of the week.

pretty handy, my mccains tray from last time around is still going strong but it's not quite as anti-stick.

got it today, not a massive bargain but a good deal if you buy the spuds anyway as it is a reasonable quality tray
