The app gets SHOCKING reviews. I tried installing it and couldn't get it up and running.

Does anyone know with the free cinema ticket, if you have saved it on the app do you definitely get a ticket or is it a case of turning up to the cinema and seeing if it is still valid? (Ie that it's not already been used by too many people).

The description on the app seemed clear as mud...

I ​think with both the cinema ticket and pizza it's a case of having to wait until you are there before you know.

Surely if you use the saved for later you should get a ticket for the cinema or your pizza.
If you still have to be one of the first 1000 to turn up at the cinema what would be the point in using saved for later?
The O2 app allows you to save for later and you can still use later even if the offer has ran out.

Yer I'm not on Three but I've used an old sim and I'm now up and running. Just like the O2 app.

Same thing has happened to me. Looks like an update to the app was released today, so I think its got something to do with that. Also the cinema tickets and sweets are showing as all gone now. Just the pizza still available.

The pizza offer explicitly says "Click 'Save for later' to be one of the first 5000 people to claim this offer." So, it would appear that saving is the same as claiming.

I saved the sweet gift box earlier but didn't use it, so I tried to redeem after you said they were all gone to see what happened, and it appears to have worked.

I deleted the app this morning after it updated. Seemed to want some additional rights and permissions over my phone. It's an ugly app with an ugly name with no branding to 3 at all. I do wonder why...

Managed to get the registration working by turning on data. Usually just use wifi. Of course now a few things have gone...

The branding is simple...Wuntu three (1,2,3). Pathetic. it is an ugly and pathetic app. Only seven offers a week too. Though some of us were invited to a 'working group' to provide feedback on the app, and offered £30 for completing this task.
It's painful doing this but so near the end I'll persevere (for £30 :wink: )

Screenshoted the pizza code (as soon as you click back you can no longer view the code and if you lose Internet connection in the Pizza place it may throw you back and you won't be able to view the code again).


Anyway, went to Pizza Hut. Showed them the code, the girl called the manager, he said first time he sees it but it should be fine. Got Texas Meat Meltdown (Shared size - 18 inch I think) [£19.65] with stuffed crust [£3]. Ate 2 slices, asked to put rest in a box. Gave them the code. Got it completely for free with that code.

​dont need to be a Three customer, just need a SIM Card in your phone for the app to register. After that, just swap it out for your own SIM. So long as you don't reinstall the app this should be fine.

Pizza is a trap unless u can go on ur own to eat in a pizza like a loner

I get takeaways fairly often (including pizza's from our local JustEat pizza place), so this wasn't really different from my usual routine (apart from me needing to be in our shopping centre where we have the Pizza Hut but I was doing shopping there anyway).

So in any case, it's a good deal. Unfortunately, it's a one off thing. :smile:

What size is the pizza that can be claimed? T&Cs state individual sized pizza. So is that just a thin based 11"? Pan pizza doesn't state individual on the website.

Don't want to go ordering a pizza and then the code does not work for it!

The branding is not simple if nobody gets it without being told and there's no apparent connection with what it's supposed to represent. I can't believe how poor everything about it is. How did you get that invite?

Also, why does it need to run when the phone starts? I keep getting popup messages over whatever I'm doing about no network connection being found, which despite being anonymous I know is from Wuntu because it didn't work properly when the app was open either.

I got the email regarding this but I have a prepay broadband mobile sim but I can't see a way around signing up? Anyone succeeded setting this up as a mobile broadband customer?

Don't get me wrong - the whole thing is a pile of poo. They started it and now don't know where to go or what to do with it, which is really why they have the App trial group. They are reacting to the 'guinea pigs' suggestions and complaints.
You aren't missing much, except the constant pestering to 'complete a task' and then write a report or send them a video - 'they really love videos at three'...their words not mine.

yeah sounds like they've seen how well received o2 priority is and are looking to test whether to do the same.

otherwise as you say they'd be advertising and linking it all together better.

personally, if you want rewards like this, just get a free o2 sim and register for that like I have. I'll never win a prize draw but you certainly get some good deals and freebies on it.

I took my pizza voucher to the Cambridge Pizza Hut on Regent street and they refused to honour it. Anyone else have issues?

Just got back from my Pizza Hut, got a sharing pizza with stuffed crust value £19.65 for free. Thanks OP. Manager was impressed with offer and downloaded it as he was on Three.

What reason did they give for the refusal?

I used mine in Central London. The manager looked through the T&Cs in the app and also the T&Cs on the associated web page. I got the okay and I ordered an individual pizza. Those getting shared pizzas with the code got lucky as the code is only supposed to be for an individual sized pizza.

My server said I also get the salad included which was a pleasant bonus. I was rather impressed with the selection.

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut restaurant in years. The lunch buffet looked rather good. I may give it a try in the future.

Hopefully they will run this offer again in the near future. Would be great if they let us use it at the delivery/takeway outlets too.

Another bonus was I spotted free Vue cinema tickets in the app again. I missed out last week but got one this week. Only shame is the T&Cs state it cannot be used for Rogue One. Additionally cannot be used at the Leicester Square Vue.

That was a shame you couldn't use it. Maybe the app will develop like the O2 Priority App and show a map with some redeemable store locations on it?
The restaaurant I went to hadn't seen it before but after being studious of the T&Cs said it was fine.

Hope the app gives away more free meals at different eateries in the future. Or even if they start doing something similar to the £1 O2 Priority Monday lunch deal.

50% off the monthly subscription of deezer for 12 months. clearly states must not have signed up for deezer before

so quite specific but also a decent saving for those considering them anyway.

Just used the cinema voucher at Cheshire Oaks.
The manager had to authorize it as the tills didn't recognize the code & none of the staff were aware of the offer.
I have to give credit to the staff/manager who were really helpful :-)

I love this app. I have had free cinema tickets, a free bouquet of flowers, free valentines day card and I've even taken advantage of a three contract, which saves me £7/m...... Oh and lots of sweets
