got a email today saying a free mince pie has been loaded to my greegs reward app. they did the same thing last year with a festive bake. the email is as follows:

Your Greggs Rewards app now has a FREE Mince Pie, from us, to you.

Our Mince Pies couldn’t be more festive. Deliciously crumbly shortcrust pastry, filled with sweet mincemeat, made with vine fruits, Bramley apple and candied orange and lemon peel. You can see why they’re Santa’s favourite.

One solution would be to simply use the Greggs Rewards through their website if the app isn't working.

Definitely worth signing up to this app - I have had £9.70 worth of free food during the past 3 months (some of the free goodies I didn't go and get either).

Went and picked up my free mince pie this morning (had it with a latte), however, I think that I would have preferred (only because I have been eating so many mince pies lately) the Christmas ring bun but didn't read up about this.

I had an issue and contacted them via the app.they were able to see my purchases and sort new out via a lovely helpful phonecall

I did the top up £5 to get a free lunch last month which worked fine. Went to use the £5 the other day and its just reduced down to 43p all by itself. Beware.

I had one of their Festive Toastie things today, not bad at all. The Christmas Roll (basically a sausage roll but with turkey, bacon and cranberry in) is a bit disappointing though. Never had one of their mince pies, this looks like a good way to try one! Heat added, thanks OP.
