I am just waiting on the phone to them... they say it is a half hour wait & their online chat is unavailable. I received my parcel today with the free gifts but not the items I actually ordered!!! Luckily they weigh the parcel so will be able to tell that there are missing items. Wish me luck getting through to them tho :neutral_face:

Thanks so much OP... was just needing to buy something from estee so I bought 2 for exactly £35 & got all the gifts :smiley: Also topcashback which I will get them to match the 11% quidco... it may not pay with a code but I always give it a go! :laughing:

Just be warned that Estee Lauder have quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever personally experienced.
Ordered one of the deals off here last month and still haven't recieved the item as they sent it to the wrong address. Emailed three times and still no reply. Called them yesterday, waited patiently for about 40 minutes to get through. Finally spoke to someone who then transferred me to "online customer service" and got the message saying that it will take around 75 minutes to answer the call! Seriously, if it's that busy then they should take on more staff!
Terrible experience and lost all hope of getting the make-up set I ordered in time for Christmas. Now I just want my £49.99 back.

To be fair to Estee Lauder, after much trying I finally got through to them today. The lady I spoke to was pretty helpful and after a bit of arguing offered to refund the item fully.
Just frustrating that it takes so long to get through. They really should take on more staff to handle the influx of Christmas calls.
