I noticed today that staff at Pret A Manger were handing out free chocolate bars with hot drinks sold. Could be with other purchases too. It was in a restaurant in the city, but could be nationwide.

yes, today they're giving away some chocolate bars to random people, you can get it if you're lucky. not a deal at all.
