Has anyone else had problems with the iOS app? I only just installed checkoutsmart and registered this past week. However, I found that the app would just close without any explanation every time I tried to open it post-registration.

I just this second uninstalled, reinstalled and logged in now, and the second I logged in the app closed itself yet again. I can see from logging in on their website that I have the mince pie offer, but I obviously can't claim any offers if I can't access the app! :disappointed:

It used to happen to me, I sent an email, could be the problem I had originally, you have to be holding phone/iPad in portrait with charge slot facing down, apparently they had difficulty with it and would work in landscape, just closed as soon as it started up.

In the small print of the email it does state £1 cashback so if your pies are more then you still only get £1 back
