Just popped in to Waitrose in Keynsham to find all Christmas chocolate reduced (obviously) The star buy was some 6p Freddo bars - Packaging is festive hence the reduction. All chocolate similarly reduced in price. Hopefully nationwide.

Wow - please do it! When I make a sandwich from the top of a pie my girlfriend (don't tell the wife) say I'm "Just wrong" and chocolate is her favourite thing in all the world. I'm a dirtybag if I make a pie sandwich with red sauce, but she can have a burrito, which is a rice sandwich, and that's alright.
Anyone want to vote on:
Stuffing sandwich: packet of stuffing, boiling water, red sauce - made them from about ages 12 to 17 with my mate Dave* after his dad ran off and loved every single memory of them. Pot Noodle Sandwich: with chilli sauce - you have to use single pieces of bread and fold them over. The luxury of spreading over one sheet then pressing on another like the stuffing sandwich doesn't work - too much seepage. Thinking of them still makes me warm inside. Pie Lid Sandwich: you either cook your pie with no tin upside down and then slide it onto a piece of bread when it's done, or use a fork to work the top off THEN pop it into your 2 slices and THEN squirt 6 litres of red sauce on it before slammingon the bread partner. You bite into that carbohydrate combo of crisp, flexible and saucy and yehaaaa before rubbing your tummy and declaring these are the best of times. Pie Sandwich Lids are the BEST THINGS that aren't on Man Vs Food.
*Dave was my best friend ever as a kid. His mum was an awful cook and every Sunday he'd come round my house and ask if we wanted the gravy that was left over. My mam made REAL gravy, and I made REAL gravy and he'd just stand there eating it with a spoon, scraping the meat tin until all remnants of gravy DNA were gone. And we never thought this was weird, it was just like "Awwwwwe, your mam can't make proper gravy, that's sad." and that's basically how I view the world today.
