Paid £30 for Forza last week, now it drops. Didn't buy Titanfall 2 when it was £20, and now can't buy it for less than £28. I think I lost on the Black Friday deals...

The Black Friday prices for some games were ridiculous but I'm so bad at playing the games I buy that I know by the time I'd open 'x' it would be probably cheaper than what I paid on Black Friday.

I have PS3 games in their cellophane purchased 2/3 years ago...Bioshock Ultimate Rapture edition anyone? :confused:

This is why I haven't even bothered with final fantasy, dishonored or watch dogs yet I paid full price for these two now they drop like half price in couple months and I've hardly touched them.

Painful isn't it. I've made a flurry of terrible purchases over the last 2-3 months, buyer's remorse galore!
The only one I don't regret is BF1 as I've put some decent hours in.

Bought Titanfall 2 on PS4 from HMV in Westfield last Friday, never even opened it due to my backlog so traded it in at Game Harlow yesterday.

Although on their price match plus a quid against CEX it worked out £29 they actually gave me a £30 credit gift card for it which was a result really.

don't bother buying hard copies anymore better to buy digital as when Scorpio lands your get all your xbox 360,xbox one titles on xbox one and then get them again on Scorpio hard drive as well.same as when i handed my nepwhew my 360 he got all my 360 games on its 500gb hdd. yeah black friday was poor this year nothing was 70% off. expected at least rise of the tomb raider to drop to £15 seeing as it's been out a year and is now on ps4.

Getting a xbox one s as part of the sky package I signed up to recently, really impressed how FH3 looks and plays! If I decide to keep the XB1S, will wait for around xmas time to see what deals are going to be on XB1 games...

The plan is this:

Buy game on launch day... as soon as you get it go on CEX site and sell the game for generally more than you paid or the same... play the game for 5 days (you have 10 days to get it to them!)... realise it isnt all that great... pop in post for free and get your money off CEX :smiley:. Optionally then buy it back 1 month later at half the price! :smile:

Don't forget you get the previous Gears of War games as well if you buy GOW4 before the end of the month!

Not sure how it works though, I just got it on digital download and there was no indication on how I receive them.

I ordered Forza on Thursday at 1604, it was dispatched at 1620. Arrived this morning :-)
