I've had one of these and the rubber comes away from the tracker after 4 or 5 months. took mine back 2 weeks ago. lots of other people having the same issue on loads of forums.

Fitbit deals with any issues after purchase and their customer service is fantastic, the 'bubbling' is a common and well known problem which occurs after about 6months (I use mine everyday), as said previously an email to customer service and they immediately dispatch you a replacement, I am on my 3rd but I still highly recommend them and likewise I'll just keep getting a new 1 every 6/7 months.

Careful with the smaller size.
It's really small!
I'm a slim size 8/10 female and went for the large one.
It's a good product but the novelty has worn off now and I don't use it properly any more.
