This is the cheapest I have seen the Fitbit Charge 2
They have Large or small sizes and current delivery time is 1 -2 week
There is only one colour which is black and also John Lewis will price match it.

Hi I emailed the Director of Customer Services (the name of the person on the automated emails) last week he replied within hours and escalated to one of his team to resolve, I got an email the next day asking me to call, but they cant find the order, even though I have an email confirmation of the 3 for 2 fitbit charge2 purchase. Could you tell me who you contacted and how you got your order issue resolved?

A sensible company would use that as a prompt that they had a bunch of unhappy customers, but I doubt that will happen.

update. I complained by email to the directors of vodafone about the whole situation. I got an call back on Firday and they offered me 75% off the £120 price tag and just got it this morning for only £30.

I contacted them via chat to be told it was cancelled. I made a fuss about not receiving an email notifying me after a month of waiting.
I then said it was showing as in stock so why did I not get one. In the end they got me to order it again at 120 and refunded me the extra as I was said it was terrible treatment for "loyal" mobile customer, even though I haggle with them every time I need a new contract

Interesting. I hope you get it. I chose to have it delivered to my home address. Which method did you contact them by and were they efficient. Really we should get notification of this happening, before we have to contact them to find out, if indeed it does actually happen !

Hi, like others I ordered and paid for my black fitbit charge 2 size small at the beginning of January and have been fobbed off by 'no-reply' emails from them ever since! Although until recently their webpage did show them out of stock today I see they do in fact have them back in stock and are now charging £120, here is the link - http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/mobile-phone/accessories/sku94097 - so where is my, and everyone else's that purchased them at £96? They should prioritise their stock to fulfil our orders, before accepting more at the higher price. Has anyone had any success contacting them? It's a scam and if not rectified by them soon this needs to be taken higher. Vodafone already have a horrendous reputation for customer service for their mobile phones, this is not better.

So has anyone got a Fitbit from this deal delivered by Vodafone, I've been waiting over a month now, even though they claimed they had 2 left in stock when I purchased, when I eventually got through to their service people they said their website wasn't updating fast enough and had been very popular. Now suggesting I cancel, so reckon they can't sell at this price!

No, still waiting. They keep updating me every 10 days to say wait a further 10 days. I've been waiting over two months now. It's infuriating. I've bought one from somewhere else now but keeping the Vodafone ones on order just to see what happens. I suspect they'll cancel it themselves eventually. I can't believe they are still advertising them saying 1-2 weeks for del when that clearly isn't the case.

I ordered this on 27 Dec. I got a few emails apologising it was out of stock, the most recent being 6 Jan. The order number I've been given doesn't work on their online tracking system.
As I've given up hope of it ever arriving, I used their chat to find out status. They didn't know. I asked to cancel. They said they can't do it, and I'd have to phone. I rang vodafone. There is no call tree option to query online orders, so after eventually getting a human, I was passed between several departments (with one of them trying to sell me a vodafone mobile phone contract on the way!). Finally spoke to someone in the orders department, who couldn't find the order either. He refused to escalate, and said the only option was to visit a store. When I asked how a store could help if he could not, he just hung up on me.
NOT HAPPY WITH VODAFONE - that's the worst customer experience I've had for a very long time.

I never got mine , ordered 28/12/16 ... 3 weeks and 2 days later and still nothing,
Just ordered from Amazon £99.99 delivered and used my Amazon credit converted from Topcashback with the 5% extra free so probably equates to about the same as Voda's price anyway. At least now I will get it and have the fall back of buying from a more reliable company too which has by far the better customer service !!
UPDATE : Cancelled my Vodafone order via online chat and advisor recommended to contact them in future before placing an online order to check stock first.
I recommended that Vodafone update their online ordering system to indicate stock levels at the time of ordering to bring their website up to the level which is considered acceptable by its customers.
I also added that there wont be a future between myself and Vodafone so there wont be any more issues to contend with anyway

It's worth checking instore even though the website says they're out of stock everywhere.
Was OOS online for my town but I asked instore and they had plenty in stock (large only). They were selling for £120, but applied the discount when I told them the price online.

additional 12/1/17: I've just got my charge 2 and it's great.
However the Mi band software has been updated since my previous post, and now shows the name of an incoming call, or shows the logo of the app that's created a notification, so does almost everything the fitbit does, but with a much better battery life and at a quarter of the cost - BUT is more cheap looking and the app less polished.
I might return the fitbit, as I'm not convinced the polish and nicer looks are justifiable.

I got my online at the start of the year & put in a price match claim. John Lewis agreed to price match & have refunded me the difference. They did point out current wait time & how they would not normally honour price match.
I'm wondering if they agreed as could not verify if Vodafone had stock when I ordered or possibly even a local store
Anyway thanks OP for sharing as it has helped me out.

I find eventually you can grind JL down and get them to price match. I think I sent 6 emails to them before they cracked and price matched my Vivoactive HR, got over the Charge as waterproof/GPS/screen seemed worth the extra, with Decathalon. Think they just wanted me to stop

I ordered from JL and applied for a price match which they declined as Vodaphone give a delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks. I'm wondering if JL insisting that the other store has it in stock this could be seen as an unfair contract term as if the item is the exact same apart from price what difference is it?

I've just had an online chat with Vodaphone - BEWARE - the Fitbit Charge 2 counts as an ACCESSORY - and their warranty for accessories is only 6 months. I queried it saying standard warranty should be at least 12 months but they insisted it was only 6.
So it's off to John Lewis then - who I spoke to earlier - and who will not price match so I can place an order - as the price match department is closed till Tuesday and the requisite form has to be filled out and sent.

Just bought this at John Lewis in store, they price matched at the till to £96. So if your looking to get it now John Lewis is a good shout (plus the customer service is brilliant compared with Vodafone) should you run into any problems within 2 years after purchase.
They also have all the colours (although not sure if they'd price match that)

Ive owned a Fitbit, a Jawbone 3 and now a Withins Pulse ox2. It's basically like buying a computer, the first question to ask is, what do I need it for. Consistent HR motoring , sleep, activity, notifications etc. Check the specs as some cheaper bands are as good but make sure they have the sensors you require. The next thing to do is check which App comes with the band, what's the quality of the app like? Is it able to sync with Google Fit or Apple health? Can you synchronise with other third party apps like run keeper and my fitness ? For me I test a lot of tech devices out but my main goal was to track my sleep with advanced technology. Jawbone 3 is the only one out of the lot that accurately tracks R.E.M. Light, Deep and how many times you woke up. Problem with the Jawbone unfortunately the strap break easily so I had to replace. Withings Pulse for me was the all rounder considering I own the smart weight scales and the blood pressure monitor by Withings so I can keep track of everything in one app environment. I would say Withings app and Fitbit compete pretty well although the Withings Smart body scales are far superior.

I've used a Fitbit One (clip on unit rather than wrist worn) and found it marginally better for counting steps than the replacement Mi band I bought recently for £20. The wrist sensor doesn't seem so good (at least) on the cheap units when your arm doesn't sway as you walk - eg, pushing a shopping trolley / lawnmower / carrying something
I'd like to upgrade to something like the Fitbit Charge 2 as this would have the advantage of telling you who's calling you, or give you a bit of a new incoming text message. The Mi band only flashes up the word "App" to alert you. - Difficult to justify another £75 for this - but I guess I really want a simple smart watch with fitness capability, rather than something an Olympic athlete would need.
Hope this helps?
