finally cleared cache and placed an order but what a painful experience

absolute joke of a website from mobile. clicking checkout keeps returning back to the same page. registered an account to try resolve and added a representative then the item can't be found! wasted an hour this morning trying to order for my wife.

Your local rep will deliver for free, however it may not before before Xmas. Reps put their orders in every 3 weeks or so. The dates vary but most reps will have had their last pre-Xmas deivery so worth contacting them to check when you'll get it. Their contact info will be available online, go to the 'find a rep' section and it will be listed there. I can arrange pre-Xmas delivery to certain areas in North East. Message me for more info if you like.

That's Incase they do charge for delivery - usually on their contact page it will tell you if they charge. Also, if the rep prefers for you to pay cash this is another reason, but all this info should be on their contact page.
If you email them they can clarify this for you, if you find that you want to change your order etc you then will not be charged for your order until you and the rep have agreed on the delivery date and payment method etc X hope this helps
