ahh I see, luckily I bought it when it was £10! Yeah I don't even have my disc drive plugged in and just downloaded straight from steam with the key. Only like 26/27GB so didn't take long

It's gone up to £11.99 there. Still useful if you have Amazon credit to use up or you're buying it as gift and want something physical to wrap up but from what people have said the disc doesn't have much data on it, you basically just get a key in a box and have to download it.

As far as I'm aware all Fallout 4 PC keys activate on Steam.
