F40 for less than a GT3?

just a word of warning, i'm awaiting a third replacement of this from John lewis as the previous two had lots of damage to them, i'm very shocked they only send them in thin boxes with no packing at all.

Bugs the hell out of them when ordering Lego sets like this online come damaged.

1037°? That's more heat than the fantastic Tesco 3-for-2 sale! The F40 isn't that special and not even a set worth investing as it ain't 50% off! Whatever you HUKD lot are smoking, DON'T send me any!

got this set in may this year from JL at full price. amazing build and looks absolutely fantastic. no real playability as the front wheels are fixed but i dont play with my lego much.

had at least 6 in the southampton branch yesterday.

Nice price so heat added but full price at Lego and Snow Globe is more appealing. Even if you don't want the snow globe they are selling for around £25 on eBay

Heat added as it's the first discount I've seen on this set.

This is a seriously satisfying build. I dismantled mine a bit to rebuild the interior in RHD. Possibly my favourite Lego set ever.

Damn... similar to above, bought this a few weeks ago from the Lego store for our son's christmas... but did get £5 off in VIP points, and a couple of freebies, so not too gutted.
