Beware on chrome items - ruined a high quality shower head when I left it on a little too long.
Works well on red mould - the black stuff can be much harder to impossible to remove. Cilit Bang do a black mould remover which does work but still won't remove the really embedded stuff.

Its the plastic chrome effect items, like shower tray plug holes etc that it wrecks. On real chrome items I have had no problems with it though I wouldn't recommend you use it for this. Spray this on grout/sealant mould spores when they first start to appear and it will do the job nicely. Just use sparingly.

This and others including B&M versions all "work", but that's because it's basically just spray bleach, perhaps slightly diluted. There's no magic ingredient here.

HG mould spray is the best one I've used. Knocked spots off the Dettol. (Pardon the pun) I got that from B&Q.

There is a cheap product called astonish mould and mildew remover from pound shops which is pretty much the same

I agree. The Dettol has a slightly nicer smell but both do the same job

Does this stuff work at removing the black dots/spots around the bath corner/sealant area? I don't want to damage the sealant, tiles or acrylic bath with anything too harsh.

Yes, just spray on and it will remove most of the dots/spots without damage. I've been using it for years.

Just be careful with it as it's bleach,I got over spray on clothing and ruined it

Yes but it won't help with the mould that gets deep into the sealant.

I like this so voted hot but seen several times in pound shops for £ 1 so this price is not a bargain.
Waitrose/Ocado and M&S bargains sometimes have nothing to do with their real world prices which are much less than their 1000% markup on many products.

It probably works out cheaper but I bet it's not the same size as quite often these cut price shops sell smaller versions of branded products.
