Thanks for the tip off. Staff get double discount this week so my hubbie brought home 2 bags for £8. Great as we are in charge of the prawn ring for Christmas at the inlaws.

Update. well went back to lidl again today (like a boomerang) finally found the label above an empty freezer,
told them yesterday was told deal wasn't on, ended up getting bunch of apologies, about how new girl who was rushed off her feet, never looked fully, told them no worries , lesson learned in future always scour the store personally
