but it isn't hard to install a graphics card.
you open the case. take the old one out. put the new one in. attach one of the power cables inside the case.
i just bought a refurubished dell workstation on ebay for 150 quid that is only slightly slower cpu wise than my previous pc but has a much bigger power supply so I could put a better graphics card in.

Alternatively you can buy a refurb i5 4460 or 4570 from eBay for £170. The CPU benchmarks identical to this 6400. Spend that saved money on a better PSU and a GTX*whatever* for a gaming rig.
