I have one of these, and as far as I can tell it has the same specs as the SJCAM SJ4000. Not the most up to date specs but it will do 1080p at 30fps. It comes with loads of accessories and 2 batteries which are probably worth the price alone without the camera.

Does it work well, with no problems?
The trouble with these cheap action cameras is that they look quite good in the spec. But lots of people seem to find them not so good in reality.

When I clicked on the seller's page (dvtecheu) and typed the model of the camera, SJ4000 into the search box, it came up with two option. The second one has the exact same pictures as the one here, but it's £19.99 for Prime now.
Is that the same exact model?Just see no mention of wifi anywhere in listing

Wifi lets you control the camera remotely with an app installed on the phone. Personally, I think at 16 quid is a great price even for the non wifi version

By fortunate coincidence knockoffs of the SJCAM 4000 were on a recent EEVBlog video. The TL;DR was that the specs were a fib and picture quality pretty poor. :disappointed:
