I ordered over £600 worth of stuff and cost me only £170 (plus £10 quidco cashback tracked). All delivered two days ago

Yeah, didn't understand the size comments.
I wear large everything and, if anything, Craghoppers are bigger than most.
I had to return a Gore-Tex jacket as it was quite loose on me and the sleeves were very long. I'm 6'2".

Mine came today, the ordered a size up and the jackets are massive... oh well...

have ordered several items including the jacket. had been delivered to the local store today but they have rejected the delivery because it was too was too big, so the order has been sent back to the sender. Call craghoppers and ask them to resend the order but was told that they could refund it and i have to order again but I can't use the code as it was wrong so it would be different price :disappointed:((((

Mine arrived, just a bit snug under the arms on one of the coats the other one is a perfect fit. Incredible quality for two coats for less than £50. Thanks again OP.

DO NOT EXCHANGE! they will refund you at your discount amount then charge you the full amount for your replacement.

My stuff came too, jacket and trousers.

My jacket arrived as well. I might go and buy a couple more fleeces, the one that came with my jacket is reaaaally nice...

As for sizing, I'd say my S jacket wasn't as small as I expected from the comments, slightly slim fit.

My stuff arrived. Ordered XXL as folks saying sizes on the small size ... not kiddin', I'd say equivalent to a standard L in my experience.

Yeah was just about to go to paypal and cancel the payment (if it was possible) but just checked my email on the off chance. Glad I did as jacket has been sent today! :smiley: The code gave me about £15 discount so maybe its not worth their while faffing about for small orders?

Just now received despatch confirmation. I ordered a single 3in1 coat for £32.75 and elected to have it delivered to collect plus local store.

Maybe they are manually reviewing the big orders? The ones that they really stand to lose out on with the discount code misuse.

I asked about combined postage and just received a reply saying my orders will be sent seperatly.
Don't know if I'll get a following cancellation but wasn't mentioned.

Got an email stating to call their verification dept. Called them and they asked for my employee code as the discount code is for the emergency services only. Order has been cancelled.

Yep Cragghopper cancelled my order apologising that the code was invalid

I had 5 items in basket for hours waiting for my daughter to get back to me regarding size of 1 item, then the code no longer worked. I telephoned Craghoppers this morning who tell me that the code was for Emergency service workers only and should not have been able to be applied to items that were already discounted ??
Can anyone tell us if they have had contact from Craghoppers to cancel their order ????

Great value, even bought myself a fleece even though I didn't really need one!
I agree that the sizes come up small - I measured a TOG24 fleece and it was 2 inches smaller around the chest.
Recommend going up one size for a fleece.

I bought 4 Jackets for my Family from Craghoppers a couple of years ago, the Kiwi 3 in 1 s really good jackets and at this price a REAL BARGAIN if you can get size/colour you want.
