I have a set on my Scott, these are very good tyres, give plenty of grip and well worth it for the money. Maybe if you were looking for a racing tyre, the GP 4000's would be better, but these are good all-rounders.

I've used these for years and are my year round commuting tyre. I'd say they are worth £30 each so 2 for £40 is a bargain.... heat :smiley:

I run on slicks , not sure if these would be better for commuting 10km each way? have had my current tyres for a couple of years atleast

I use 4000s for training in summer. The 4 seasons are better against the risk of punctures. Gatorskins are good but the ride is harder and the grip is not as good in the wet.

Either this tyre or a Schwalbe with a plastic layer.

Saw them, again amazing deal! I just want that little more grip for this time of year and over the next few months, also they will do me through summer as well if I need them too. I guess it depends what you require .
