Read the Q&A's on the Argos website first, Argos confirm that you cannot keep this plugged in all the time as it will burn out the motor.

I've got one of these non coke branded. I have a timer plug put on it which fires up for 30 mins every 2 hours or so. It's a pretty loud fan and does keep drinks cold but nowhere near ice cold at all.
I've ended up using it to store my unmixed e-liquid flavours in it.

Was good enough. Had it in every night for about 5~6 months.
