I think that was the 360/XO version so it was the gold edition and had map pack 1 not all of it.

Not sure but I got advanced warefare, they want top dollar for dlc but only able to find tdm games online. I like other play styles so was a waste of money really.

I can't remember how long but it's my top campaign from them all. Easy enough on veteran as well.

The first part with the helicopter is pretty difficult on veteran but once you get through that it's all good.
