I'm not happy at all - ordered a wallet, tote & crosby. Only the tote has turned up & they've taken full payment. Spoken to them & been told it's been dispatched and needs to be investigated! Not happy as it's meant to be gifts for mum and sister. TBH tote looks of very good quality so very happy

I ordered the tote which came beautifully packed however I felt it was not the same standard as the ones I've bought in America, you could see the seams of the inside pockets through the leather on the outside and the chain felt very plasticky, sorry OP, perhaps I was just unlucky :disappointed:.
