Found this explanation on line but can't guarantee it's the correct reason:
The UK release differs in content from the US set in that it does not contain Million Dollar Baby, as this was distributed by EIV in the UK, however it does include Invictus and Flags Of Our Fathers, which are missing from the US set - these were either not Warner titles or not released at the time over the pond.
