Health benefits go out the window when you look at the added salt. That said, Aldi's nuts are far tastier than KP or any of the other own brands, and I'll be stocking up in the January reductions! Still got a packet of Pistachios from last year and not long finished last year's cashews. Yum yum.:smile:

Bought these not impressed they tasted dry and tasteless no salty or roasted taste,Lidl ones are the best.

Bought these last week. Lovely and fresh, nice and salty. There is 4.5 grams of salt in the whole bag, so having a bag a day should be fine....
