This is my 1st watch post so please be gentle lol. This watch was previously posted about a week ago at the sale price of £249 but iv managed to get a discount code for it to reduce the price a further 10% by using "SALE10" code (see pic below) bringing it down to £224.10.

Some silly overreaction from some people that should know better. It's a Citizen with Ecodrive, sapphire and RC time. Regardless of looks it's a good price for the spec, so heat added. If you want a more classical look then this is available:

one of the most tasteless looking watches I've seen in a long time, it's not a sports watch, a classic divers or aviator watch, a dress watch it isn't, so who's it for... it's not cheap...sorry if offending anyone, but they're loads better choices surely?

You'll probably end up getting a display model or a return too. I got a Red Arrows Citizen from Goldsmiths today which was worn / scratched.

Yep they have a poor reputation in this respect, Its pot luck what you get particularly on sale watches from Goldsmiths. I don't of course know how bad the condition it is or what your intentions are now but if you're not quite at the point of sending it back, complain, and initially they usually offer a money off voucher on a future purchase, if you refuse that and insist on a partial refund they should then do that. Happened to me a while back and I got £40 cheque sent out on a £200 purchase.

P.S. do it by telephone or email, instore you'll possibly be wasting your time

Good price, if it's what you want, so heat added. The design isn't bad at all, just the colours aren't to my taste. I'm sure it will suit someone much more 'fashionable' than me!!
