Perhaps a bit niche, but: Christys is an upmarket hat maker based on Jermyn Street. Many of their mens & womens hats are on sale. Example prices = £120 down to £60, £40 down to £10, etc.
Sadly they don't allow you to filter to 'only show in stock', so you have to trawl a bit to find things not sold out.
