I went into their shop in Liverpool One yesterday, to see if they had a specific watch. They didn't but could bring one to the store for me to look at. However they wanted a 20% deposit, no problem with that, but you don't get your full deposit back if you don't like it.

These have a negative display which means it's very hard to see in most lights.

Ernest Jones also seem to have a terrible reputation for palming off ex display items....

In my opinion it looks a lot better and is very good quality and has withstood a summer in the sea.
